Household heating systems in the winter and air conditioners in the summer can rob the indoor air of its natural moisture. The lungs and respiratory tract are dependent on moisture to function effectively.

The Vicks Vaporizer helps provide appropriate humidity levels to keep respiratory systems moist and healthy and helps relieve the mucous associated with cold and flu symptoms.

The Vicks Vaporizer helps relieve the symptoms of nose and throat congestion, coughs and a parched throat by thinning mucous and draining sinus passages. This clears the nasal passages for easier breathing and relieves dry, scratchy throats. Using the Vicks Vaporizer overnight ensures sleep is more restful with gentle, natural steam therapy.

HOW TO USE:

Easy to use:

The Vicks Vaporizer is easy to use.
Fill the water container to the MAX water level
For added comfort, pour Vicks VapoSteam Inhalant or Vicks VapoSteam Double Strength directly into the water or into the vaporizer cup
Place the vaporizer into position
Plug in and switch on power

Cleaning:

The Vicks Vaporizer does not require cleaning tablets. After each use, empty any unused water from the container, rinse thoroughly and drain and wipe with a dry, clean cloth. The stainless steel heater is also easy to clean. After prolonged use (greater than 150 hours) the heater surface should be cleaned. To do this, simply soak the unit in 8cm of white vinegar for 10 minutes, then using a butter knife to gently remove any minerals from the metal heater surface.

CAUTIONS:

Use only as directed. If symptoms including coughing persist, consult your doctor.
