Active ingredients: each 1g of cream contains: Arnica Montana flower tincture 50mg/g (equivalent fresh flower 10mg/g), Rosemary Oil 30mg/g, Menthol 20mg/g, Cajulput Oil 20mg/g. Other ingredients: Purified Water, Glycerol, White Beeswax, Coconut Oil, Hydrogenated Coconut Oil, Cetostearyl Alchohol, Glycerol Monostearate, Polysorbate 80, Polyacrylamide, Phenoxyethanol, C13-14 Isoparaffin, Laureth-7, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid.
Massage a small amount of cream into affected area 3 to 4 times daily, as required.
For external use only. Do not use on broken skin, if irritation develops, discontinue use. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use if any of the seals are broken, if symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare professional. Application to skin may increase sensitivity to sunlight. Avoid prolonged sun exposure.
