Royal Jelly conc. ext. with 6Percent 10-HDA 12.7Percent, Soya oil, Gelatin, Glycerol, Hydrogenated vegetable oil, Purified water, Lecithin from soybean, Beeswax yellow.
Adults take 1 capsule per serving, 1 to 2 servings per day. You can simply take it with water or cut open and mix content in water as a drink, or in food.
Store below 30°C in a cool dry place. Do not use if seal is broken or missing. Royal Jelly may turn darker naturally
