SFI Health Agiofibe (previously Flordis Agiofibe) is a dietary fibre supplement to support healthy bowel function. It contains an optimal balance of insoluble and soluble fibre from the seeds and husks of the psyllium plant. These “gut healthy” fibres support regular bowel movement by adding bulk to the stool and relieving constipation.

 Each 5g (approx. 1 teaspoon) contains psyllium in the form of:  psyllium seeds dry 3.25g and ispaghula husk 0.11g

"Adults: Take 2 rounded teaspoons (10g) each evening, followed by a glass of water. If required, an additional 1 or 2 teaspoons can be taken in the morning.  Agiofibe granules are coated, making them convenient and easy to swallow. Agiofibe must not be chewed, but can be swallowed whole or mixed with any semi-liquid food, such as yoghurt. Drink plenty of water. Contains sucrose.   

Use in children under 12 years is not recommended.         "
