Each Pastille (Gummy) contains: Sambucus nigra (Black Elderberry) fruit juice powder 15.8mg equivalent to fresh juice 500mg Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 25mg Honey 50mg Zinc (as Zinc oxide) 1.5mg

To help support healthy immune system function in children: Children 2-4 yrs: take 1 - 3 gummies per day. Children 5-12 yrs: take 2 - 5 gummies per day.
