Carefully read the enclosed Consumer Medicine Information leaflet before use.
Adults 18 years of age and over: Take 1 capsule daily at the same time every day.
Take for at least 7 days and up to 14 days.
It may take several days to achieve maximum results. Stop taking after 14 days, except on medical advice. Swallow capsule whole with or without food.
Do not crush or chew the capsule.
Always read the label. Follow the directions for use. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
CAUTION – This medicine is for the relief of minor and temporary ailments and should be used strictly as directed. If symptoms persist or recur within two weeks of completing the course, consult a doctor.
Do not take Pharmacy Choice ® Esomeprazole Heartburn Relief if:
• You have an allergy to esomeprazole or similar medicines such as omeprazole, rabeprazole, pantoprazole, lansoprazole,
• You have an allergy to any other ingredient in this medicine (refer to enclosed Consumer Medicine Information leaflet for full list of ingredients),
• You are taking cilostazol or atazanavir,
• You are under 18 years of age,
• You are breastfeeding,
• The expiry date has passed or if the foil blister is damaged.
Consult your pharmacist or doctor before taking if:
• You are pregnant or intend to become pregnant,
• You are taking other medicines regularly, including those without a prescription,
• You have recently finished a course of esomeprazole or similar medicine,
• You have taken other medications for indigestion or heartburn continuously for 4 or more weeks,
• You have had gastrointestinal surgery.
