Medescan Spacer Chamber Kit

1. Attach mask to champer

2. Insert the puffer into the MDI rubber port

3. Press the puffer with thumb until the spray is released into the Spacer Chamber

4. Place the mask over the nose and mouth and take 3 to 5 deep breaths. Close mouth and hold breath for at least 10 seconds. Exhale

5. Clean the spacer with warm soapy water at least once a week. See cleaning instructions. Dry thoroughly with a lint free cloth or simply air dry. Make sure the spacer is completely dry before next use.

6. Do not use if the original package is opened or damaged.

7. This device is designed for single patient use.

8. Use as directed by your doctor or pharmacist or PHARMACIST.

HOW TO CLEAN

Remove the rubber port. Soak both the spacer and the rubber part in lukewarm water with a few drops of a liquid dish detergent. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry in place
