Please ensure the sachet is intact before first use. Adults and Children over 14 years: Take a patch out of the sachet. Remove the polyethylene backing film. Apply the patch over the affected area, sticky side to skin. The self-adhesive nature of the patch will keep it in place. The number of patches required should be selected according to the area to be treated. Up to two patches can be applied to the affected area, either once daily or twice daily (up to 4 daily). Apply a fresh patch twice a day or once a day where sufficient relief of pain or symptoms is achieved. Remove the old patch before placing a new one on your skin.

Do not use
• if you are sensitive to any ingredients or peppermint oil
• if pregnant, likely to become pregnant or breastfeeding
• in children under 14 years
• if allergic to aspirin or any other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug as shown by asthma, itch skin or runny nose after taking it
• for long periods without talking to your doctor
• in conjunction with heat pads
• on wounds, damaged or irritated skin
• more than the stated dose.

If you use too many patches or a child under 14 years applies one of the patches, talk to a doctor or hospital casualty department straight away.
