Men's Essentials is a broad-range formula, providing essential vitamins and minerals for energy production and healthy immune support, as well as active B vitamins. The formula contains rhodiola, used in eastern European medicine to provide support during times of stress and schisandra, used in traditional Chinese medicine to support the bodies resistance to stress.

Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible [contains vitamin B6].
This produce contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects.
The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
Not suitable for use in women.
Contains ethanol no more than 3% v/v as a preservative and sulphites.
Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
