Our Price Match Guarantee

Where We’ll Match a Price

We’ll happily match any advertised price from authorised Australian retailers who have local stock and either a physical store or an official online store.

What Qualifies for a Match

Products must be identical in brand, size, and specifications. The item must also be in stock and ready to purchase from the competitor.

How We Calculate the Price

Price matches apply to the competitor’s total cost, including shipping fees. If the competitor’s shipping cost is higher than ours, the difference will not be matched. All prices must be verified by our team before approval.

Exclusions & Limitations

Price matching is limited to 10 units per customer

Requests must be made at the time of purchase

Cannot be combined with other offers or coupon codes

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice
