INDICATIONS FOR USE:

A traditional calming herb to reduce the tendency of nausea, morning sickness and vomiting associated with motion sickness.

EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS:

Zingiber officinale (Ginger) rhizome powder 525mg

DOSAGE:

Adults: Take two to four capsules with a meal 30 minutes before travel or one capsule two to four times daily.
Children aged 6-12 years: Take one to two capsules with a meal 30 minutes before travel or one capsule with a meal twice daily.

CAUTIONS :
