Review Title: Simply the best!

I am 75 years old & have been using these for the past few months & finding them marvellous. I had high blood pressure & high cholesterol & the side effects from taking script medications were scarily horrendous hallucinations. I was sweating profusely & lost my appetite. I was a wreck mentally. I threw the medications in the bin & went on a search online for 'natural' meds for my symptoms & spoke with lady from health food store. She suggested I give these a try as she had good feedback about them. Marvellous! I am sleeping through the night, I wake happy & relaxed. I am much calmer in myself. My cholesterol has dropped.
