Review Title: Miracle!!!

I’ve tried everything... psyllium husk, other enzymes, fiber, stool softener, linzess, slippery elm bark, probiotics, etc. u name it I’ve tried it! This is a miracle in a jar! I suffer major chronic constipation and seriously all doctors have said you will just have to live with having ONE BM a month n that I have (of course) irritable bowel -constipation. This has saved me... On days when I feel the worst I take 1 with all meals and one extra before bed... a wah-la! I hope this helps someone else who has been down this same road!!
