Review Title: This actually works!

I've been dealing with menopause symptoms for a while - the worst things for me have been night sweats and hot flashes, and insomnia. Within a very short period of time, this stuff got rid of the night sweats, the worst of the hot flashes, and last night I actually slept all the way thru the night (for the first time in years). I've tried a bunch of different things, including fancy hormone replacements that cost a ton, and nothing has worked. This is the first thing that's offered any relief. There aren't any hormones in this stuff, it's all-natural. I'm really impressed.
