Review Title: Can't sleep without them!

These are the only things helping me breathe easily at night due to collapsing nasal passages and congestion. The tan coloured ones are best as they stay on, the clear ones become unstuck and usually fall off. You can also stick some micropore tape over the top if you have oily skin to help them stay more secure. They do not stop snoring though! Just make breathing easier.
