I took this vitamin in the 70's and 80's when I was anemic from births and miscarriages. It was the only vitamin that help restore my hemoglobin with two added benefits. My muscle soreness and joint pain would ease better than taking Nsaids. And the floaters in my eyes would disappear. I looked for it for years when Pfizer stopped producing it. I just found it with you about 6 months ago.
Now, as a 75 year old with joint replacements and sore muscles, it is helping again.
