I have found these to be my "go to" product for reliable discreet care for incontinent times when going out.

The best quality disposable underwear on the market

I have tried a variety of disposable underwear.
These would have to be the best on the market.
For over-productive bladders, these disposable units prevent any leakage outside one's body.
Throw the disposable underwear first thing in the morning after going to the bathroom.
When wearing the disposable underwear, you will notice written in feint blue on the underwear the word "BACK". This informs that it is the back of the underwear and that part of the underwear is the "sitting" side.
Highly recommended.
