Review Title: Help for period pain.

I wasn’t sure if these were making any difference…. until I ran out and went 3 weeks without them. The pain was significantly worse. I am now very happy to have 5 bottles stocked up. I still get quite a lot of menstrual pain, but it’s definitely better when I take these.
