Sleep Like a Baby with No Morning Grogginess

As a grown man, I'm not afraid to admit that I want to sleep like a baby. I am a mid-30's working professional that has struggled with sleeplessness due to stress, anxiety, and takes Adderall for attention issues. This helped but was not consistent in helping me fall asleep AND stay asleep. Additionally, I would wake up groggy where I feel compelled to chug coffee until I am no longer a zombie. It got to the point where I was desperate for anything that would help me: fall asleep, stay asleep, wake up without any grogginess
