Review Title: Wonderful product

I used to use it years ago but stopped because I didn't think I needed it. But in recent years menopausal symptoms have increased and I was feeling uncomfortable....hot flashes, not being able to sleep, and feeling miserable. I started taking this product again and within weeks noticed a big change. My hot flashes have almost disappeared. Yay!!
