I bought the Triflo Aspirator when i had Covid as i was concerned that Covid would effect my breathing. Fortunately it didn't but i began using it every day and now it is part of my morning routine. Started by only being able to get one ball up, it has been exciting to see the improvement in my lung capacity and to be able to achieve the three balls every time now with ease. i highly recommend this product.

I was surprised at just how much I had to exercise my lungs. After using the Able TriFlo Inspiratory Exerciser. I have begun ti improve. I recommend this product to all who need to exercise their lungs.

I sent this to a friend in Melbourne who was having breathing difficulties, not covid related. She loves it, and is using it every day, hoping to move more than one ball very soon! Her daughter is telling everyone about it. At GCUH all surgical patients are given one to use every day, to strengthen lungs and protect against pneumonia. Very important in these covid times.
