I have sciatica and this worked for me immediately. I took 2 pills the first day and I was able to get a good night's rest. I think it even helped with my shoulder pain. I have been taking them almost every night. I missed one dose and boy did I feel it. The 2 pills at night get me through the day and I am good until I go to bed again.
