Review Title: Easy. Effective. Natural.

I use this before bed. Have for years, along with regular Rescue. Love the spray version as it is easier to use than with a dropper. All are excellent. Safe and effective, never had a problem and I have reactions to a lot of things. Easy to slip into your bag when traveling. Does not make you sleepy or groggy. Works other ways to help you sleep.
